“Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,on those who hope in His steadfast love…” Psalm 33:19.
One of the most important words in Hebrew is the word, hesed, which means, the steadfast love of the Lord! Hesed appears very frequently in the Psalms, including in Psalm 33:19 above.
Take a moment today and take this verse to prayer. To fear the Lord is not to be afraid of the Lord, but to revere the Lord deeply, and “to hope in His steadfast love” Psalm 33:19. I trust you hear what the Lord is telling you today. God will always have His eyes on you, God will always be with you, more deeply than we will ever imagine, especially when you HOPE in Him, when you HOPE in his hesed, His steadfast love!
Friends, this is a beautiful thought, a beautiful Word of God — FOR YOU!
Today, God is promising you that He will be at your side — always! But you will never know this, you will never feel this or experience it until you place your HOPE in his steadfast love for you and for all of humanity. The doors will open wide to experience the steadfast love and presence of God to those who HOPE in Him!
I truly HOPE you hear what the Lord is saying to all of us today.
HOPE IN THE LORD’S STEADFAST LOVE!
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me a sinner.
From the Bible:
"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end” Lamentations 3:22-23.
“But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children” Psalm 103:17.
“Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning, for in you I put my trust.Teach me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul” Psalm 143:8.
“1 O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever. 2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, those he redeemed from trouble 3 and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south” Psalm 107:1-3.
